Designs jewellery is hand made and carefully examined before dispatch and
we aim, not for customer satisfaction...but for customer Delight!
However, we understand that
it can be "a bit of a worry" buying something after having just seen a
photograph- particularly as jewellery is exceptionally hard to photograph
well.... so, we'd like to put your mind at rest:-
If you are not entirely
satisfied with your purchase (and we do our utmost to ensure that you
are), please contact one of our friendly staff as soon as possible
(preferably within 14 days of receipt of goods) to let us sort out the
problem, by either offering a full refund (minus return shipping charges)
or an exchange of goods.

Designs jewellery is Hallmarked, which means that the article has been
independently tested (at the Sheffield Assay Office) and guarantees
that it conforms to all legal standards of purity.

How To Order
Ordering Online is
easy-
Just choose an item and
click on the "order now" button... then follow the instructions on the
screen. Please note that ALL fields in BOLD type must be
completed. When you reach Payment Options please click on PayPal,
as this is now the only online payment that we are able to accept. If you
wish to pay by cheque (and this option is only available to UK customers)
click on "Check" (we apologise for the spelling- this is due to the
software we use!) and "continue" , then f ill in your name under "account
holder" but leave the other boxes blank, we will then contact you to
complete your order.

Delivery
Of Jewellery items:
Is by Insured Special Delivery in the UK, and Insured
Signed For for Overseas orders- and is included in the
purchase price. Items are guaranteed to arrive the next day after
dispatch for UK Orders. (Overseas shipments are a law unto themselves! We
have known items arrive within a week, but sometimes they can take over a
month. We are genuinely sorry about this, but until we can find a better
service - at present we use Royal Mail - we cannot give a guarantee how
long an international shipment will take, but we can guarantee that we
will do our utmost to get your item to you as soon as possible!
We hope to dispatch your
goods within 3 working days of receipt of payment (it will usually be the
next day if the item is in stock!), however, as all items are hand made,
please allow approx. 28 days for delivery. One of our staff will contact
you with your approximate delivery date on receipt of your order. Please
